TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. This promotion is open to UAE residents only, aged 21 years or over.
  • 2. Closing date for receipt of entries is 25/04/2010.
  • 3. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email.
  • 4. The MTRS prize consists of: 1 overnight trip to Moscow, including return flights from Dubai, hotel transfers, visit to historical sights, entry to clubs and food and drink in Moscow.
  • 5. Each winner is responsible for their own travel expenses and arrangements to and from Dubai airport.
  • 6. Each winner is responsible for any additional personal expenses not mentioned in the trip itinerary provided.
  • 7. The names of the MTRS winners will be advertised until the 30th of May in Russian Standard’s UAE website.
  • 8. The trip is confirmed for the month of July 2010.
  • 9. The promoter endeavour to find a most suitable date of travel for all MTRS winners - subject to availability.
  • 10. All travel documentation, including visa and valid passport, need to be made available to the competition organisers prior to departure.
  • 11. Flight tickets are non-transferable and only valid for travel by the named prize winner
  • 12. Flight tickets cannot be exchanged for cash nor used in conjunction with other discounted fares or promotions
  • 13. Flight tickets have no commercial value
  • 14. Flight tickets are non changeable after issue
  • 15. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport - Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia.
  • 16. No liability will be accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
  • 17. Due to the difference in nationalities and visa requirements, each winner will need to process their own visa application from the Russian consulate/embassy to ensure eligibility to travel on the set dates.
  • 18. Images used in the promotional material are indications of the prizes only.
  • 19. Spending money and expenses are not included. You will need personal money to cover the cost of souvenirs and items of a personal nature
  • 20. Travel insurance, including medical cover, will be taken out on your behalf (subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance company).
  • 21. Travel insurance will not cover your existing medical conditions. A copy of the policy is available on request.
  • 22. You should check that any existing personal insurance, mortgage or assurance or other relevant policies are not negated whilst participating in any holiday or activity.
  • 23. You must declare any health problems which may affect your ability to travel prior to booking.
  • 24. The winners agree to participate in all required publicity.
  • 25. The winners are asked to bring Smart clothes to avoid dress code problems when entering high end restaurants and clubs in Moscow.
  • 26. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for loss, damage or injury to winners.
  • 27. MMI LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this necessary
